Brandon came in wanting to make a change, but without overhauling his life.
He didn’t cut out the foods he enjoys, American candy included, and he didn’t live in the gym. Instead, he focused on tracking his food, prioritising protein, and training consistently.
He started with two sessions a week, then built up to three as his confidence grew and he began training on his own. Five months on, he’s leaner, stronger, and most importantly, in control of his progress for the long run.
