Since January 1st, Tom has smashed it out the park, transforming his lifestyle and fitness habits resulting in losing inches off his waist. He's reduced his alcohol intake, increased up his activity levels, and smartly managed his calories, all while enjoying the foods he loves.
Tom trains hard but we also have a laugh in the gym and his found fun in his training which has helped his consistency no end.
